Made from solid salvaged teak our Reclaimed dark wood kitchen island / entrance hall table has all the characteristics you might expect from an orginal antique piece of furniture. However this table has been made from reclaimed timbers over 100 years old and is made using traditional cabinetmaking techniques. Based on an antique original haberdashery counter each of these items is unique as the timber is very old and has had a life steeped in history.
Beautifully finished to a soft sheen this table is smooth and tactile to the touch.
This large table is the perfect size and height for a grand entrance hall or kitchen. There are three drawers to the front and three drawers to the rear of this item. Both sides are the same and are are mirror image of each other.
What to expect from reclaimed timber
This unique item is crafted from timbers that have been passed down for generations, resulting in historic markings from its past life. The table's appearance may include beautifully imperfect markings, as seen in our photo gallery. Underneath the softly polished surfaces, you can expect charming dings, dents, stains, and scratches.
This item requires it's legs to be fitted by yourself upon delivery - a very simple job taking no more than five minutes to brew them on.

Courier Delivery
Delivery will take place via door-to-door courier as this item is too large and heavy, long or fragile to be delivered in a parcel by any of the UK parcel providers.
This service is undertaken by a one man delivery service.
Please be prepared to help to move the item from the van or lorry to just inside your door. When delivery takes place it will be to just inside the threshold of your home only.
The courier will not be able to carry the furniture up or down steps to access your property.
You will need to supply a strong helper to assist on the day of delivery.
After the courier has left you will need to remove the item from its packaging when present and carry it from your doorway into your home or garden.
Delivery is added at the checkout - you will be able to view this charge before you pay.
Tables are flat-packed for self-assembly is required.
