This stunning very large piece of hand made pottery exemplifies traditional Moroccan craftsmanship, featuring the characteristic half-glazed finish and vibrant green hues of pottery from the village of Tamegroute. 

Crafted by hand using locally sourced clay and wood-fired kilns, each bowl is distinct with natural variations in size, glaze tone, and surface texture.

The green glaze, derived from minerals like copper oxide, produces an organic, uneven finish with intentional irregularities including unglazed patches and textured marks, enhancing its authentic charm.

Ideal as a decorative object or functional bowl, this vintage item requires gentle care ... clean with a damp, soapy cloth and avoid soaking or dishwasher use.

Please expect imperfections, there are often non structural craks within pottery of this scale and size.  They do not lessen the value or strengh of the item.

This item can be displated on a large table or kithen island, simply empty to show of the incredible organic glaze or perhaps as a fruit bowl.
